Most large items (TV's 47" and up) are shipped via Freight LTL carriers. We have an extensive network of shipping partners who specialize in home delivery of large items. For these deliveries you will be called ahead of time to set up a delivery date and time that works with your schedule.

Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to buyer error (ex: incorrect shipping address) any subsequent shipment must be paid for by the buyer. No exceptions.
Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items. If you need your item on a guaranteed date please contact us before you make your purchase. Please include your zip code and the item number(s) you are interested in so we may accurately quote an additional shipping fee for guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order is placed it may be too late to request expedited shipping.
We will only ship to the shipping address that appears on your sales record. Do not request to change the shipping address after your purchase has been made. These requests will be denied and we will not be liable for any additional fees to reship or return an item due to an address change request.
You can return most items purchased from Let's Get Gadgets as long as it is within the first 30 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged.
Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from a Let's Get Gadgets representative. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. This is a very easy process. Just Contact Us. You will be given RMA # and further instructions within 1 business day.
A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the total sale price of the item will be deducted from the refund for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be lowered or waived in most cases.
Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item was shipped under "Free Shipping" the shipping fee we incurred to get the product to you will be deducted out of the return price. Our original shipping fee can be made available to you upon request. Buyer pays for return shipping. Free Shipping only applies to the original shipment. Refusing A Package:
If you place an order with Let's Get Gadgets and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the actual item (not the carton), you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally, as well as the cost of the return shipping. A 10%-20% Restocking Fee may also apply.
Damages and Missing Parts:

Merchandise that is discovered to be defective upon receipt will be replaced with the same exact item only. We will pay the shipping for the replacement. However, return shipping fees of the defective item are paid by the buyer. Return shipping fees are comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost even for defective merchandise. Defective large items like TV's will require at least one service call before determining if a replacement will be made. This decision can only be made by the service technician and the manufacturer. In most cases a simple service call will fix the issue.

A: Yes and No. Depending on which items you buy shipments may come from different locations.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
A While transit times do vary 90% of orders are delivered within 5 business days. There will at times be unexpected delays on the part of the freight/shipment carrier. Holiday Shipping times may be longer. For large items (TV's, Appliances, Entertainment Centers) average transit time is 4-7 business days.
Q: Do the items you sell come with a grey or back market warranty?
A: No. Home Buys Plus is an authorized online retailer for every product we carry. Therefore all new items will come with a full manufacturer's warranty. This is the exact same warranty you would receive from your local retail store.
Q: Do you charge state sales tax?
A: Yes. However we only charge state sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Florida and Indiana.
